Brother scolds Ummi: Confirmed, you're a shameless witch


The announcement by Ummi Hafilda, who led sodomy accusations against Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim before his arrest and assault in 1998, has drawn angry reactions from her television personality brother Azwan Ali.

In strong messages on Twitter, Azwan described Ummi's action "a disgrace to race".

"It's a disgrace to race to sue people for millions. The punishment of hell awaits for your sins to siblings," said Azwan.

Earlier, Ummi said she would file a suit against her brother and PKR deputy president Azmin Ali, Anwar, Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, lawyer Karpal Singh and other Pakatan Rakyat leaders for RM700 million for allegedly defaming her.

Ummi claimed that Karpal had betrayed her trust, claiming she and another accuser, Azizan Abu Bakar, had met with the veteran lawyer to inform him of Anwar's alleged 'misconduct'. Karpal however told Ummi to study the law because the statute of limitation for such a suit had already expired.

In several hard hitting tweets, Azwan blasted her sister as a "witch" and "full of sins".

"Your own body is full of sh** and you want to sue others for millions? Confirmed you are a shameless witch," said Azwan.

Mahfuz: Amendment to Road Transport Act Abuses Rakyat

Mahfuz, who is also the chairman of the Kempen Anti Saman Ekor Committee (KASE) said this during the distribution of pamphlets against the privatization of tail summonses at the Sungai Besi toll house today. The campaign was launched in response to the governments approval on the decision to amend the Act which took effect today.
